- Do I need an app to get a vehicle moved?
- No. Scan the QR in the vehicle, confirm the registration, and tap once in your phone browser.
- Will anyone see my number or the driver's?
- No. EMSHI notifies the responsible contact for you. Names and phone numbers stay private on both sides.
- What if nobody replies?
- You stay on the status page and see when they have been notified or are on the way. If there is no reply, you may get an option to escalate to a site contact where your organisation has set that up.
- Who is EMSHI for?
- Organisations that manage shared parking, such as offices, business parks, and universities, so staff and visitors can get a blocked vehicle moved without exchanging personal numbers.
- What do administrators set up?
- Add locations, contacts, and vehicles, assign who is responsible for each vehicle, then generate and print QR codes to place in the cars. Imports and multi-location dashboards are available when you need them.
- What if a QR sticker is lost or needs replacing?
- An administrator regenerates it from the dashboard and prints a new sheet. The old code stops working so only the new sticker remains valid.
